One additional info: I believe Bug 1 - Gateway Time-out also affected the
Assistant. So only problems with Assistant that appeared while direct

No submission problem here, with Safari 4.1.3 on Mac OS X 10.4.11. Email
response was slower (a month) than two previous bugs, but I attribute that to
the 3.5.0 beta
