I hope that this bug is fixed in 3.4.5 and 3.5
The problem is that most devs are working with gnome or without any
integration.

Yes, indeed, removing the kde integration resolves the crash.
Does this mean I'll have to choose between the nice features of KDE integration

Do you use the kde integration?
If so remove libreoffice-kde and crash should be gone
