Thanks for testing my extension. It not changes behaviour of current
FullScreen. It is *another* function which works like FullScreen we expect to
work. But with one problem: Esc not working.

Writer should still have an option for getting rid of this quagmire dialogue
box. Writers will spend too much time chasing this thing around the screen.
Perhaps also, an option to shut off

ESC key works in LO 4.3.2.2 (Win8), you can quit the Full Screen View with it,
but maybe one can think about an option in the TOOLS - OPTIONS dialogue to
switch off this button

Writer still needs a option to disable the button. I do not understand why this
bug is marked unconfirmed as it takes less than a minute to verify that the
button exists.
