work around in v 6.1.5.2 x64 and v 6.2.1.1 in win 10 x64

grouped object: 

convert -> in Metafile

then all deformation works scaled, but you can not change the text.

After breaking of group the text deforms to a normal type fashion.

Please also consider, that line widths also don't resize with the rest of the
graphic. (described in my duplicate bug 100277)

I also proposed, that font and line width scaling should be an optional
behavior, which you can switch on or off.

Sometimes you need fonts and line widths to stay constant.
And sometimes you like to resize an ODG graphic from Draw like an imported SVG
or raster graphic.

And it's a pity and work-time consuming, if you need to export an ODG to SVG
and reimport it into LibreOffice. Instead of just copy-pasting from Draw to
Writer.

The text box has the property "Fit to frame", enabled when the other 'fit to'
options are disabled. According LibO help it "Resizes the text to fit the
entire area of the drawing or text object." (but that doesn't work, neither in
Draw nor in Writer). This option is always disabled for shapes.
Despite the fact that the text dialog is not easy to find (you have to go into
text edit mode) and that the feature is not working I'd say this flag can be
reused here. However, we would need a function to reset the object size to get
back the original font size, or the actual font size doesn't change with
resizing the parent and is restored when the "fit to frame" option is disabled.

I noticed that this bug introduce problems on plugin for PDF to odg
conversion. If the PDF contain a group of objects with text that was scaled,
the result imported is a group scaled with text at the wrong size and position.
Maybe that the plugin try to create a group in full size and set the scale.

Indeed - I would agree but say that this is a fine enhancement request. Marking

Low - while it might be faster, you can change the size of the text normally
still so it's not something preventing solid work - just slowing it down a tiny
bit in specific situations.

Although text will be scaled in a vector graphics editor, LibreOffice does have
non-vector graphics capabilities. As such, it's unclear to me whether this is a
bug or expected behavior.
