Lines and “Actor 1” figure are visible. So I can not confirm comment 7. So not sure this really is a LO bug or a problem with that file in general. If MS Office does not behave correctly I don#t think LO will be able to. Further testing with LO 4.2.3.3 on 10.9.2 brings up a document with lots of missing elements - no arrows or lines at all, no circles, no Actor1 figure. And even more testing with latest LO nightly: same as 4.2.3.3.
