If the table positioning properties are ignored, somebody complains (the ones who have a non-multi-page table). If the properties are not ignored, somebody also complains (the ones with multi-page tables). The only proper fix for this would be to handle this in the Writer layout, but that would be a big new feature; so it's hard to call this a regression. Adjusting keywords accordingly.
