Steps:
1) Open Writer
2) Right-click and see 5 entries under the 'Change Case' submenu
3) Add a textbox and type some text in it so it stays
4) Right-click and see that 'Change Case' submenu has 4 CJK entries like
'Half-width'
This would be fine if Tools > Options > Language Settings > Languages > Default
Languages for Documents > Asian was enabled, but this appear when this option
is disabled.
