Have tested a little bit.
Seems LOBase doesn't recognize you have changed the query. You could try this
with
msgbox oForm.ActiveCommand
Why don't you set
oForm.Filter ...
oForm.applyFilter = True
?
I could confirm the buggy behavior for all LO-versions since 4.2.0.0 beta2.
Filtering by changing the query works right with LO 4.1.6.2, so a regression.
My system: OpenSUSE 13.2 64bit rpm Linux. So changed system to "All".
