This window is remembered between sessions, so maybe you opened it sometime
before. Try with a clean profile.
is this due to the fact of the missing titlebar or we are dealing with 2
different issues... missing titlebar and unmovable docking window?
That's the same thing. This window is supposed to be moved around using the
titlebar.
