Button after a few clicks

On the left side of the horizontal ruler there's a button to preselect the tab
stop type for setting a tab stop via the ruler. Clicking this button gives a
cyclic selection form left to right to centered to decimal and back to left tap
stop.

Now I came to notice that the display of the botton is not properly refreshed
if you click, so the new selected tab stop type is drawn over the old one and
hence you won't be able to recognize which tab stop type is actually selected.

Workaround: Resize the program window to refresh the display off the button.

Applies for german version.
