steps to reproduce the bug are very simple : again sorry for my english, and
LibO is in french here (so I'm not sure how to translate menu items, screen
capture in attachment)

1)type a text
2)highlight a paragraph
3)right-click : menu "paragraph..." : writter freezes forever (I have waited
more than 10 minutes)
I tried several times, same each time.

No need to apologize for your english, as it is fine. :D

I am unable to reproduce this same behaviour. Can you let us know which version
of Windows you are running and can you copy and paste the version, build and
locale information from Help > About LibreOffice. It will look similar to the
below information.

Hello Cathy,

Thank you for reporting the bug. Unfortunately without clear steps to reproduce
it, we cannot track down the origin of the problem. Please provide a clearer
set of step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the problem.

Alternatively, if its possible for you to create and attach a screencast
showing the steps, that would also be useful. There are various free screencast
software available for use, including Camstudio (Windows), Jing (Mac), Simple
Screen Recorder (Linux) or screencast-o-matic.com (Web).
