Decision of Radmin:
Desktop Properties - Settings - Advanced - Diagnostic - Hardware acceleration
is to reduce.

Thank you for your assistance.

radmin support recommended to disable hardware acceleration in LO.
But the problem remains.

test.
Installing the system XP sp3 without security updates. LO - works.
Install the update through Automatic Update. 135 pieces. LO error has occurred.
Now we need to understand how of the updates of the system leads to this.

Unfortunately.
Removing the profile does not help. Clean removal, cleaning the registry, too,
there is no result. Localy - toolbar is good. Problem is Only via Radmin or
DameWare Mini Remote Control (DMRC). Remote Desktop client version of the same
everywhere.
We have many different computers. Not immediately noticed when it happened.
This is now on version LO 4.4.4.3 / 5.0.0.5 / 5.0.2. On 4.3 - all is ok.
BUT! if not installed WIN updates - everything is correctly displayed. If there
is a security update winXP - everything is bad, the panel does not appear.
Uninstall the updates is not possible, tied in a system. System is WinXP sp3.
When and how they were installed computers - is unknown has long.

Can you try to remove your userprofile of LibreOffice, This can solve your
issue.
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile

However that doesn't solve the rootcause of why it went wrong in the first
place. Can you tell me anything what you did when the icons disappeared?

Thnx.
