For that, you press Shift + > click. The purpose is not to solve the problem by restarting the program but by preventing it from happening. I didn't click on the taskbar, I clicked on the icon on the desktop. What I mean by "it does nothing" are two things. One, as the first problem I've mentioned, the process remains the same.
