On Linux, ODBC driver is unsupported so if we got a pb and it's related to ODBC driver, we're stuck. (see https://devzone.advantagedatabase.com/dz/content.aspx?Key=20=19=14) So either you can try to debug it yourself (if you know programming of course) or you may also pay someone to do it. Indeed, I don't expect someone will give it a try considering the prerequisites to only test this. IMHO, it should be put to RESOLVED/WONTFIX. Xisco: even if database file is attached, then what?
