Pressing both key immediately brings up the Document Recovery window, but it just hangs and will continue to hang until you Force Quit the app. As such, no new crash report is being generated. I did find a crash report from a few days ago, but I have been having many issues as of late with libreoffice and am not sure if this is for this particular issue.
