I can confirm this still persists in both 26.2.2 and 25.8.6 on Mac.  Using a
Logitech MX Keys. Pressing both key immediately brings up the Document Recovery
window, but it just hangs and will continue to hang until you Force Quit the
app. As such, no new crash report is being generated. I did find a crash report
from a few days ago, but I have been having many issues as of late with
libreoffice and am not sure if this is for this particular issue. I suspect a
memory leak as well, as if i leave a document open, it will eventually crash.

Step 2 didn't seem to crash with my inland standard keyboard.
Thank you for reporting the bug. I can not reproduce the bug in:

Version: 26.2.1.2 (X86_64)
Build ID: 620(Build:2)
CPU threads: 20; OS: Windows 11 X86_64 (build 26200); UI render: Skia/Vulkan;
VCL: win
Locale: en-US (en_US); UI: en-US
Calc: CL threaded

and I can not reproduce the bug in:

Version: 26.8.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64)
