The values within the (HTML-)clipboard content are language-depended.
Cell-formatting for example:
sdnum="1031;0;[$$-409]#.##0,00;[ROT]-[$$-409]#.##0,00"
"ROT" = german
[dots/commas] = german
Because of that, we need to know what language was used to fill the clipboard.
But a language-attribute is missing e.g. on the "table"- or "body"- or
"html"-Element.
