Steps:
1) Start Writer with CTL enabled (tools > options > language settings >
languages)
2) Click right-to-left button in toolbar
3) Switch keyboard layout to arabic
4) Type some arabic words
5) Press shift+ctrl and it activates left-to-right which has the shift+ctrl+A
shortcut
Regression as this works correctly in 4.3.
