Description:
Some feature (colors conditional formatting and Icone conditional formatting)
in the Conditional formatting window doesn't work at all, can't select value
boxes to enter values Min Max)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Clic on a cell
2.Clic on the Conditional formatting icon in the dock (must choose the
auto-color one)
3.Try to put a value below Min or Max box (middle morks, but min or max
doesn't)

Actual Results:  
Can't click in value box when Min in scroll menue selected
Can't click in value box when Max in scroll menue selected

Expected Results:
Supposed to let user enter values so then cell's can automaticaly change color
with values in the cells
