Good! So there's a workaround for the bug there: one has to manually check "Use
only paper size from printer preferences."

However, I found it difficult to figure out how one could realize that the
option "paper size" is deactivated because a configuration in the Options tab.
It was active in LibO 3.5 and 4.1 (though not working properly in the last
one).

Probably, solving bug 94343 would solve this one, as it could make easier to
figure it out how to reactivate the Page size dropdown.

So, duplicate?

Seems like he misses a real custom size dialog: being able to set up a hight
and wide of a custom page. 

But he states that there are some paper sizes already available, which aren't
useful for him. But at least, he can select one of those paper size.

In LibO 4.1 that selection isn't respected, while in LibO 5.2 it isn't even
possible to select one of the list because the drop-down is deactivated.

This sounds the same as bug 78916, but the reporter says "was previously using
LibreOffice 3.5.7.2 which had the same problem."

I printed both results: the one that lets you select the page size (3.5) and
the one that doesn't allow you.

Do you see the difference? Even if the page is set in landscape the result is
wrong. 

(Sadly, I run out of ink and I cant print it again, but I have done it before
and thrown those printed to the trash)

PDF "printed" using LibO 3.5

This PDF has been "printed" in A4 page size. One should be able to see it in
their PDF propertied dialog.

LibO 3.5 printer settings

Here, it's perfectly possible to select a custom size, and the selection
remains after exiting this dialog. Look at the preview: it shows A4 in the size
comments.

PDF "printed" using LibO 5.2

This PDF was printed with 2 pages per sheet. If one goes to the PDF properties,
one may see that the pages are A5 in their size.
