Problem with formatting when inserting a new row in a table.



Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert a table
2. Remove all borders from the table
3. Add a row pressing tab (border is back)

Second one: 
4. Select the table
5. Change the font setting for the table
6. Add a row using table
6. Press CTRL+Z. Table font setting back to default

Actual Results:  
Borders aren't permanent

Expected Results:
Adding a table row shouldn't affect formatting


Reproducible: Always
