            Bug ID: 115732
Summary: I have to hover and click BELOW a given icon in order
                    to activate it.
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 5.4.5.1 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: LibreOffice
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: iamstu...@yahoo.com

Description:
I've just installed LibreOffice on my new computer. The problem I'm having is:
I have to hover JUST BELOW a give icon (for example, to change the text color)
in order to activate it. Clicking directly on the icon activates the icon above
it. Furthermore, the row of icons at the very top of the open program seems not
to be visible at all. I initially downloaded version 6.0, then uninstalled and
downloaded 5.4.5, in hopes that would remedy the problem, but no luck. I've
been using LibreOffice on past computers for years with no complaints of
problems. Please let me know how to remedy this situation.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a document, using LibreOffice.
2. Hover over and click on the icon to change the text color.
3.

Actual Results:
The icon above the one I'm clicking on, which happens to be "Insert Text Box,"
is activated.

Expected Results:
I would expect when I click on the Color icon, the color function would
actually be activated.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No
