Selected the line box on second page, click-drag the grip dot IN THE MIDDLE of the bottom of the box and attempt to resize downwards. Doing so will move the box, not resize it. Click-dragging the side-dots works as expected. Mouse pointer selecting on on of the edges (move cursor activates) will reposition the Draw Text box object while l-mouse button remains down, including moving the anchor to prior or next page. No loss of the resize cursor/move cursor while mouse button remains depressed after click and movement.
