The manual solution to my problem:

a) copy range
b) special paste
c) transpose

Works, but is only static.

There is not a bug, if drag to the right, column remains it's an absolute
column reference $A, and row also remain because you are dragging along the
same row, although it it is relative, of course doesn't change.
