Steps to Reproduce: 1. Select any cell *not* adjacent to the edge of a blank worksheet 2. Apply a Data...Validity...Criteria...Allow...List/Cell Range restriction to any cell 3. Select from the dropdown icon next to the cell that received the data validity criteria 4. Select any element in the list 5. Do not click on any other cell in the worksheet 6.
