The facts are that knowledge transfer, specifically via user manuals, are a great deal more sophisticated than documents. In the Space Station Program I proved that natural languages cannot transmit knowledge or experience. Myself and my group would be glad to work with the documentation gurus to create a tmED manual. Such a manual would open up millions of doors for Linux Open Source. There are separate threads only for Base. In Germany there the activity in the forum is good. You get an answer to you question only some hours later.
