These quick buttons have been removed deliberately 3 years ago by this commit:

This bug is *not* present in version 3.6.7.2. But it is present in version
4.0.0.0 beta1 and 4.0.0.3. So the earliest affected version is 4.0.0.0 beta1.

confirmed. those quick buttons are present in LibO 3.6.7 and are not present in
