https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=85499 --- Comment #10 from eisa01 --- Some hints from NeoOffice: "We have partially fixed this bug by setting each window's resolution to the display with the highest resolution. Note: each window's resolution is set when the window is first displayed so if you add a new display that is higher resolution than all of the other displays while NeoOffice is running, you will need to close and reopen any open documents to see the higher resolution. We have added to last week's partial fix so that if you add a new display that is higher resolution than all of the other displays while NeoOffice is running, all open documents will automatically be redisplayed at the resolution of the added display. While using our last test patch, we found that our fix for LibreOffice bug #85499 caused NeoOffice to stop drawing to a window after it had been minimized. In the crash logs that we have received from Apple, we found that NeoOffice would sometimes crash when connecting or disconnecting a display due to our fix for LibreOffice bug 85499." https://trinity.neooffice.org/modules.php?name=Forums=viewforum=8 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=85499 --- Comment #7 from QA Administrators--- ** Please read this message in its entirety before responding ** To make sure we're focusing on the bugs that affect our users today, LibreOffice QA is asking bug reporters and confirmers to retest open, confirmed bugs which have not been touched for over a year. There have been thousands of bug fixes and commits since anyone checked on this bug report. During that time, it's possible that the bug has been fixed, or the details of the problem have changed. We'd really appreciate your help in getting confirmation that the bug is still present. If you have time, please do the following: Test to see if the bug is still present on a currently supported version of LibreOffice (5.1.5 or 5.2.1 https://www.libreoffice.org/download/ If the bug is present, please leave a comment that includes the version of LibreOffice and your operating system, and any changes you see in the bug behavior If the bug is NOT present, please set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED-WORKSFORME and leave a short comment that includes your version of LibreOffice and Operating System Please DO NOT Update the version field Reply via email (please reply directly on the bug tracker) Set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED - FIXED (this status has a particular meaning that is not appropriate in this case) If you want to do more to help you can test to see if your issue is a REGRESSION. To do so: 1. Download and install oldest version of LibreOffice (usually 3.3 unless your bug pertains to a feature added after 3.3) http://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/ 2. Test your bug 3. Leave a comment with your results. 4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to "inherited from OOo"; 4b. If the bug was not present in 3.3 - add "regression" to keyword Feel free to come ask questions or to say hello in our QA chat: http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=libreoffice-qa Thank you for helping us make LibreOffice even better for everyone! [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 85499] HiDPI: Moving a window to a non-retina display and back causes blurred text
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=85499 --- Comment #2 from Kendall Koning kkon...@gmail.com --- I cannot replicate this bug on a new 5k iMac. However, if I launch the application by double clicking on an existing LO document from a finder window on a Low-DPI screen, the document window is opened on the Hi-DPI screen but at the reduced resolution (for the document/text itself; UI elements are rendered remain at Hi-DPI). OTOH, if I perform the same open operation but with the Finder window starting out on the Hi-DPI screen, the document opens and is displayed correctly in Hi-DPI mode, and remains so regardless of whether or not the window is dragged to a Low-DPI screen and then back again. This may be a different (perhaps related?) bug, but hopefully this description might be helpful to someone looking at this problem.
