Dear Bill Gradwohl,

To make sure we're focusing on the bugs that affect our users today,
LibreOffice QA is asking bug reporters and confirmers to retest open, confirmed
bugs which have not been touched for over a year.

There have been thousands of bug fixes and commits since anyone checked on this
bug report. During that time, it's possible that the bug has been fixed, or the
details of the problem have changed. We'd really appreciate your help in
getting confirmation that the bug is still present.

If you have time, please do the following:

Test to see if the bug is still present with the latest version of LibreOffice
from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/

If the bug is present, please leave a comment that includes the information
from Help - About LibreOffice.

If the bug is NOT present, please set the bug's Status field to
RESOLVED-WORKSFORME and leave a comment that includes the information from Help
- About LibreOffice.

Please DO NOT

Update the version field
Reply via email (please reply directly on the bug tracker)
Set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED - FIXED (this status has a particular
meaning that is not
appropriate in this case)

If you want to do more to help you can test to see if your issue is a
REGRESSION. To do so:
1. Download and install oldest version of LibreOffice (usually 3.3 unless your
bug pertains to a feature added after 3.3) from
https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/

2. Test your bug
3. Leave a comment with your results.
4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo';
4b. If the bug was not present in 3.3 - add 'regression' to keyword

Feel free to come ask questions or to say hello in our QA chat:
https://web.libera.chat/?settings=#libreoffice-qa

Thank you for helping us make LibreOffice even better for everyone!

Warm Regards,
QA Team

Version|4.3.5.2 release |Inherited From OOo

--- Comment #3 from rob...@familiegrosskopf.de ---
The listbox in the subform isn't activated before there is a row created in the
mainform. Seems it works only while a form is used for modifications, not for
input new rows.

I have tested the first available LO-version. Doesn't work in LO 3.3.0beta1. So
I will set the version to Inherited FROM OOo.
My test-system. OpenSUSE 12.3 64bit rpm Linux with different LO-versions.

(In reply to Bill Gradwohl from comment #0)
 Created attachment 112066 [details]
File to demonstrate Form bugs in Base.

Execute the form and enter anything reasonable per field and you'll notice
that the first field (Product) in the subform isn't on the tab path even
though it is first in the list for the subform. Tab bypasses that field and
lands on the second field (Weight) in the tab order list. Continuing to tab
and entering data (and never touching Product) leads to 2 failure messages
instead of only one. Finally entering a Product allows the subform to be
saved, and a refreshed screen appears.

I can confirm with Version: 4.5.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: a272f5b7b30f356418ecf28eb95d066f081d1624
TinderBox: Linux-rpm_deb-x86_64@46-TDF, Branch:master, Time:
2015-01-09_09:50:59

Steps to reproduce:
 -open form testDataEntry
 - click to field Date; enter date; TAB key; choose Vendor; TAB key; enter
invoice; TAB key

Actual behaviour
Focus is in the field Weight

Expected behaviour
Focus is in the field Product

When I change tab order (https://help.libreoffice.org/Common/Tab_Order) and
field Product (List Box) is second in tab order, then TAB key works as expected
- changing Summary.

Other bug (sub form grayed out and there's no way to enter any data into it. )
I cannot reproduce.
