Dear Bug Submitter,

Please read this message in its entirety before proceeding.

We tested it in latest LibreOffice 5.2.3.3 with   and seems to be working in
this version. We will confirm  the same soon.

What Buovjaga meant is that you should provide a complete (and minimal) example
someone can use to reproduce the issue you're talking about. Code snippets are
not enough, give a complete source file, instructions how to compile and use
it, and expected vs. actual results. Be as specific as you can.

The question here is when we try to add more rows using LibreOffice API. its
not inheriting the attributes of original row in xlsx .Where as it inheriting 
original row attributes such as conditional formatting in xls.
 Is this a bug  for xlsx file ?

What should we do with these?
Please give steps.

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.
