Hi All, I went through the same issue last week and noticed that installing in parallel outputted a folder called '\Win\System\' which contained the MSVC runtime files in it, so i simply copied them into the C:\Windows\System32\ folder and all went well. :) Regards, Jay Philips On 06/06/2014 07:
