Please note that baseline update had a consequence that updated bibisect
repos for 25.8 and 26.2 already do not allow start of soffice in older
OS like Ubuntu 18.04 or 20.04.
Please explain if bibisect builds may be done/redone with older version
of glibc so that these OS can still work.
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/Bibisect/Linux had instructions
to use older OS, it needs to be current. I tried to add additional newer
glibc but failed, maybe someone can do that.
Baseline change should be in Release notes.
