This is an unfortunate consequence of the fix for <https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=51252> "LO cannot start (reports runtime error with Visual C++ Runtime Library)," see <https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=51252#c56> and "I will see to get my fix for issue 43989 backported for LO 3.6.1, though."
