should be handled as user questions *first*.

I saw however that the UX-Advice has no Icon. But I also wouldn't know

bugzilla would increase the reports, I also indeed feel that would reduce
quality (and push the work inwards -- towards our rare and valued QA triage
volunteers

I agree. But even better to get less 'reports' that basically are coming
from users that miss some knowledge on certain features or so. Maybe
