I just had the exact same error message on FreeBSD 10.1 and reinstalled
liborcus07 from the ports. Now it works.

i'm assuming you mean the lo-linux-dbgutil-daily?

   readelf -d opt/program/liborcus-parser-0.10.so.0 
  0x0001 (NEEDED) Shared library: 
 [libboost_system.so.1.54.0]

Calc doesn't run because the bundled liborcus picks up a random boost
library from the build OS and it's not bundled.

dtardon says he's working on a fix.
