Some old Mac formats don't have file extension at all (file extension is a

Copy with / without format is really needed, in both cases when copy/paste or

This bug also occurs (as the Ubuntu report showed) when the cursor is not in a
table. Simply have the cursor in a paragraph, scroll a bit so that the cursor
is off the screen, and save the
