The term "physical" is used in the code for this kind of view movement [1].
.uno:PageUp and .uno:PageDown are already in use.

FWIW I'm currently not planning to fix this. My only suggestion w.r.t. UX
tooling is to split "polygon" and "polyline" functionality. So the first will
always close the polygon and the latter
