Hidding of the main Menus should probably not be by global shortcut. Just a
View menu or Tools -> Options -> View configuration/Expert configuration. Or if

For a shortcut assignment, I'd suggest we simply continue to use the F10 key.
F10 now directs focus (cursor and program) to the Main menu, extending its
behavior to now
