I noticed that in LO v5.4 Calc & Writer have an improvement:

  Tools | Macros | Edit Macros

This makes it much easier to edit macros.

Base, Draw, & Impress could benefit from a similar feature I think.

It has been pushed to "master":

tdf#95880 Add a lock mark on protected sheet tab.

It will be available in 6.0.0.

The patch should be included in the daily builds available at
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours. More

http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Testing_Daily_Builds

Affected users are encouraged to test the fix and report feedback.
