This is duplicate of bug 95739

I can not find duplicate, seems resonable to me.

[Libreoffice-ux-advise] [Bug 70979] UI: "Conference Proceedings" is repeated three times in Bibliography Entries

--- Comment #4 from Yousuf (Jay) Philips ---
As Owen has indicated in the form link, BibliographyDataType.idl[1] provides
the following differences between the for the three identical "conference
proceedings" strings :-

/** An article in the proceedings of a conference. This entry is identical to
the "inproceedings" entry and is included for compatibility with BiBTex.
 */
const short CONFERENCE  = 3;

/** An article in the proceedings of a conference.
 */
const short INPROCEEDINGS   = 6;

/** The proceedings of a conference.
 */
const short PROCEEDINGS = 12;

@Cor, @Heiko, @Stuart, @Adolfo: Owen has suggested new strings in comment 1, so
are there objections or alternative suggestions?

This can be easily fixed, as indicated in the forum link, by changing the
strings in -

I've checked some spreadsheet apps that have the marque (Excel, Google Docs,
Gnumeric, WPS) and they all disable the marque after paste.

[Libreoffice-ux-advise] [Bug 99483] New: Marque cell selection should be removed after paste

2016-04-24 Thread bugzilla-daemon
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=99483

Bug ID: 99483
   Summary: Marque cell selection should be removed after paste
   Product: LibreOffice
   Version: 5.2.0.0.alpha1
  Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Keywords: needsUXEval
  Severity: enhancement
  Priority: medium
 Component: Calc
  Assignee: libreoffice-b...@lists.freedesktop.org
  Reporter: philip...@hotmail.com
CC: libreoffice-ux-advise@lists.freedesktop.org

When a cell, column or row are cut or copied, a marque appears around the cells
to indicate what was being selected during the clipboard operation (this was
introduced in LO 3.5). But when they are pasted elsewhere, the marque still
remains around the cells, and i think it should be disabled at this point.

[Libreoffice-ux-advise] [Bug 95883] CALC: Add option to clear all unprotected cells in protected sheet

This would be very useful indeed.
In my spreadsheet, there are multiple sheets. We have to keep the contents of
one sheet week by week, but we have to clear all input values from another
sheet. But only the values, the formulas must be kept.
It would be very useful to be able to clear all unprotected cells from the
second sheet. Currently we are manually selecting each value and clearing them.
Because the sheet is rather large, it is tedious.
