For foot/endnotes go to Tools > Footnotes and Endnotes... to learn what paragraph and character styles are used (see also https://help.libreoffice.org/7.1/en-US/text/swriter/01/06080100.html). To change these styles I'd use the Stylist sidebar (https://help.libreoffice.org/7.1/en-US/text/swriter/guide/stylist_update.html) I assume you struggle with the fact that some attributes are changed per paragraph style and other via character style.
