You need the complete LibreOffice. Code for PDF export is mostly in
vcl/source/gdi/pdfwriter*.cxx.

Hi,

I was looking for a way to generate PDF files conformant with PDF/A1
which fortunately can be generated by libreoffice.
The question is how libreoffice generates pdf files. Is there an
external tool or do I need the complete libreoffice package to use this
functionality.
