You can get a pcmcia serial card or a pcmcia usb card and a usb to
serial cable. Socket makes serial cards plus you can by discontinued
cards off ebay fairly inexpensively but they usually6 only support up
to win98.

Yes. However, you will need BIOS version 7.30 for Win98 and version 8.00 for
Win2k to work properly.
