You are right. While the file is there Geocities prevent it from
downloading. I have dial-up connection thus I will send it to you a bit
later when I get time in case you will handle the other requests.
BTW I got rid off tfunkey (seems to be some tool used to directly change
power settengs by Fn key but does not work to me) and tdispoff from "Run" in
registry.
