It sounds like for some reason your SLProxy's using an old version of libsecondlife.dll. Try deleting all .dll and .exe files from your applications/SLProxy directory, then doing a fresh build of libsecondlife-cs, and then doing a fresh build of SLProxy. Hopefully that should fix the prob
