As i search from google more speed can take physical storage - lvm.

I'm using vs witch and libvirt 1.2.
I'm write vswitch controller and want to react on up/down port in virtual
switch.
All fork fine, but message sent to controller does not contain Mac address
of added interface. Does this libvirt problem or this is only vswitch error?

Hi all. Today i can't mkfs.ext3 inside virual machine while install it
(ubuntu 13.04).
Why this happening? On other node i see that
virSecurityDACSetOwnership sets perms on /dev/vg/xxx and /dev/dm-xxx,
but in this host this not happening.

require some new higher level
elements that would then need to be implemented for the (ip|eb)tables
backend as well (and the original config elements deprecated).

i need also ipv6 addresses in slirp network. How can i provide this

In case of ipv4 i have some default settings like network, dns and so.

Most probably you'll want to set ip6-net to something else than
fec0::/64 since OSes usually prefer IPv4 over fec0::/64.

packets but not recieved. inside qemu vm listen for 22 port
on ipv4 and ipv6. Inside vm i see in tcpdump incoming packets but not
outcoming.

If i'm not wrong error goes from:
qemuBuildInterfaceCommandLine builds interface command line and before
qemu started tries to add tap device to tc, but tap created later via
qemu (in my case).
I think that virNetDevBandwidthSet needs to be run after qemu started.

script, does it acceptable by upstream?
Benefits of this patch - that we can create tap device
is
around 20 MB/s which compared to 5000 iops.

libvirt spawns libvirt_iohelper to upload or download data to volume.
But in case of big data contains zeroes this is wast bw of network.

If a user specify ehernet device create it via libvirt and run
script if it provided. After this commit user does not need to
run external script to create tap device or add root to qemu
process.
