A libxl event with shutdown reason LIBXL_SHUTDOWN_REASON_SUSPEND is sent after a domain is successfully suspended, which could result from suspending the domain to file (virDomainSave), suspending it to socket (virDomainMigrate), or suspending it to memory (virDomainPMSuspendForDuration). Commit
