[libxml-devel] SAX API - first cut

Hi, I've just committed the first-cut SAX callback interface. It's not yet complete (some missing callbacks I think we should support, and only partial error callback support) but it's in and working with a small testcase. If anyone wants to try it on something larger that'd be great. Also
