what would be best?

sorry i'm sure you guys get alot of this and i tried to look but with no luck. - i want a license that users can copy and freely modify and redistrubite there mods - any redistrubtion would have to be free - give proper copyright and all that goodness any ideas? thanks guys. -- license-discuss
