Load the plugin and then go to Licq Menu->System Functions->Owner Manager and
add your MSN account there.

Run 'licq -d31' and show me the output of connecting to MSN. Use the MSN
submenu so it doesn't login to ICQ as well.

The status icon for Licq just started missbehaving... I used to have it
show up from the icon (in wmaker) where I started it but now it is
