This patch fixes a bug in acinclude.m4.in which should solve the qt-mt +
KDE-with-qt problem.
The qt-gui plugin compiles without any problem with or without KDE (2.x).
Please comment & apply.

Hi,
licq_kde-gui.so (the kde plugin) is probably linked to libqt-mt.so, while
your KDE libraries are linked to libqt.so.
As a temporary workaround, remove $LIB_QT on line 247 in
plugins/qt-gui/acinclude.m4.in
